- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish there was an option to not even give it one star. I took my paperwork to there office on Friday. They have kept it for four days trying to figure out how to fill out the 1095A since I was married in the middle of the year. I spent around 4 hours total going back and fourth to the location. They told me they were going to charge me $300 at the beginning. When we found out we were not doing a schedule A I figured the fees would go down and she said it was not. I called another HR Block location to figure out how much they would charge. They told me 200. I asked the lady helping me, Shirly, about it. She said they must not have accounted for all the fees and she showed me why it came to 300. We never spoke of it again. Then on Monday I get a call to come get out stuff from Paulette because I called another store to ask there prices they will not do business with me... Are you serious? Who does not do a price check?
